Our triaging team carefully assesses your needs and preferences from the information provided in your referral and triaging forms. Rest assured, we will do our best to match you with a clinician best suited to support you based on the available information. Your input is essential, and we are here to guide you toward the right fit for your unique situation.
Here's how our triaging process works:
Skills: We review all available clinicians to determine who has the necessary skills to meet your specific needs.
Schedule: We consider your availability and match it with clinicians whose workdays align with your preferred appointment times.
Funding: We take into account the funding type you intend to use and ensure that the selected clinician can offer that or a suitable alternative.
Availability: Among the short-listed clinicians, we prioritise those with the soonest availability to schedule your appointment promptly.
If we are unable to offer you an appointment within a reasonable timeframe, we will discuss options such as joining our waitlist until an appointment becomes available. Additionally, we may suggest alternative solutions that could meet your needs.
