For non-urgent matters, we prefer that you contact us using the relevant enquiry form or by email.

Reception hours

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Reception is not staffed on weekends or public holidays. You can leave a voicemail, or email, and our friendly admin team will get back to you when they return.

Our clinicians often work outside of reception hours. Please refer to your reminder SMS/email or your client portal for your appointment time.

Immediate support

For immediate support options, including National Helplines, digital mental health services, State-Based Helplines, and local Tasmanian support organisations, please visit our Immediate Support page.

Enquiring about our services

To enquire about accessing our services, we prefer that you use an enquiry form (above). Whatever way you choose to make your enquiry, please be sure you provide us with the following information:

  • Client name

  • Client DOB

  • Contact email address

  • Contact phone number

  • Services required (i.e., therapy or psychological assessment or both)

Accessing your client portal

If you are a current client, you can view your upcoming appointments and invoices, update contact details, and share files with your clinician in your Halaxy client portal. You can speak to our friendly admin team about setting up your client portal.
