Discover a dynamic social learning experience for children aged 7-12. Led by skilled Allied Health Professionals, our LEGO® Club fosters social confidence over 4-8 weeks. Through interactive sessions, children explore vital skills—building friendships, conflict resolution, and more—using LEGO® bricks. No referral required; just an intake session to kickstart your child's journey. Join us in empowering your child’s social growth!

Our DBT Teens & Family Group, led by two skilled clinicians, covers relationships, communication, anger management, and impulse control. Each module teaches teens (13-17) and their parents key skills in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy in a structured, interactive setting.

While this group isn’t running at the moment, we have several clinicians who can offer DBT skills and support tailored to individual needs. Meet our team or contact us to find out more.
