At Healthy Mind Centre, we understand that targeted and timely support is crucial for your well-being. Recognising that long-term therapy isn't always necessary, we've developed some single-session services to address specific concerns and provide personalised guidance.
We are pleased to introduce Psychoeducation & Support Sessions, designed for caregivers and other adults. A Psychoeducation & Support Session with a HMC clinician aims to equip you with practical strategies, useful resources, alternative referral pathways, and tailored recommendations.
Here is what you can expect from a Psychoeducation & Support Session:
Session Duration: 60 minutes
Session Cost: $300
Additional Benefits: If applicable, key recommendations for ongoing support, including referrals for assessment and/or intervention, will be provided.
Note: This service type does not attract a Medicare rebate. This service type does not represent the commencement of therapy.
